This document sets out our position on areas we feel are paramount to ensuring that the health and welfare of the people that work for or with us, is fully respected and that we work in a moral and ethical manner.
The standards have been separated into the following three main areas:

In addition, this document sets out the standards we expect from our supply chain partners, suppliers and clients we work with. To support this, our supply chain partners, and their supply network are expected to reference and adhere to the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code. The Base Code is available in various languages to ensure our supply chain fully understands the requirements.
We are committed to continual improvement within this area and work closely with our suppliers and clients to ensure the risk of non-compliance to these issues is minimal. If potential non- conformances are found, Anemoi will work closely and support the supplier to work around these issues.
